The straightforward terms under which we quote, work and warrant. Last updated July 2026.
All work is performed against a written quote approved by you before work begins. Published website rates are indicative ranges; your exact price depends on site conditions and material choices, and is fixed in your written quote.
Visit and diagnosis charges are waived when you proceed with the quoted work. If additional work is discovered mid-job, it is quoted separately and proceeds only with your approval.
Installations carry up to a 12-month workmanship warranty and repairs up to 6 months, as stated on your invoice. The warranty covers our workmanship; manufacturer warranties cover materials and devices per their own terms.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised modification by others, voltage events beyond our installed protection, or force majeure. Warranty service requires your invoice reference.
You may reschedule or cancel any standard booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the slot. Emergency call-out charges apply once a technician has been dispatched.
We commit to our stated response windows in good faith; extreme weather, civic disruptions or situations beyond our control may occasionally extend them.
Payment is due on completion of work unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, UPI and bank transfer; card payment can be arranged for larger projects. GST invoices are provided for commercial work and on request.
Our technicians follow IS-code safety practices and may decline work that cannot be performed safely (for example, on dangerously degraded installations without agreed remediation). We request reasonable access to distribution boards, meters and work areas.
